Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assist customers over the phone with their inquiries in a timely and courteous manner while giving great customer service.
- Turn in all EOD reports and deliverables on time without mistakes.
- Assist customers with company products/services and be able to upsell or upgrade if necessary for the benefit of the customer/company.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Able to type at least 25 words per minute.
- Computer literate.
- Punctual, keen to detail, and hardworking.
- Can work with minimal supervision and handle lots of stress and pressure.
- Willing to work on night shifts, weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules.
- Can work in Makati, Mandaluyong, Taguig or Quezon City.
