Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Develop, execute comprehensive e-commerce sales strategies to meet and/or exceed sales targets
- Identify market trends, competitor analysis and customer insights to develop strategies
- Optimize product titles, description, pricing and images to improve brand visibility and awareness
- Regularly analyze sales data, conversion rates, and KPI
- Point person for E-commerce Pages of Descorp Inc
- Conceptualization, Target Setting and Monitoring of Campaigns
- Liaising to Platform Point Persons
- Identify areas of improvement and implement changes to optimize sales processes
- Effectively communicate sales performance to management team
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to prevent stockout and overstock
- Monitor and adjust pricing strategies on market dynamics, competition and profitability
- Ensure compliance with e-commerce regulations
- Able to do sales forecasting
- Developing, monitoring, writing and updating product content contained on eCommerce websites/portals.
- Developing subject matter expertise in assigned product categories and taking ownership of daily business administration on assigned accounts
- Cultivating standards, systems and best practices for content creation, distribution, maintenance, and new product listings
- Working with product management, sales, graphics, and other relevant departments to provide updated content for assigned accounts to be shared across eCommerce platforms
- Possessing a comprehensive understanding of account-specific SEO best practices, pricing policies, media assets, inventory and/or pre-orders.
- Having the ability to multitask, prioritize and successfully meet several deadlines at once while maintaining attention to detail
- Possessing a strong knowledge of the eCommerce space including competitive strategies, marketing strategies, product development, consumer research, usability best practices and industry trends
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
- Possess strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Computer literate and with above average communication skills both oral and written
- Has relevant experience/s in digital marketing (CPAS, Shopee, Lazada & Tiktok ads, etc.)
- Is familiar with/has experiences in Shopify, Shopee, Lazada and/or TikTok seller centers
