Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Track’s balance of the Company’s bank Accounts and ensures arability to meet drawings.
- Reconcile all cash transactions per book vs. bank.
- Prepare reconciliation reports.
- Monitor monthly depreciation expense.
- Daily Cash management and weekly revenue projections reporting
- Ensure all supplier bills are appropriately authorized for payment processing
- Manage the general accountant to ensure proper financial transactions
- Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating and entering transactions.
- Works closely with the Top Management for all financial activities regarding profitability, liquidity and solvency, growth, and outlook by supplying financial information.
- Highly proficient skills in data analysis and interpretation, including use of accounting system and MS Excel.
- Analytical eye able to implement the compilation of regular details reports.
- Has the ability to innovate/ create a system for the growth of the company.
- Any ad-hoc task that may be given by the superior
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Finance/accountancy/Banking or equivalent
- CPA is a Must.
- At least 3-5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, financial modelling and problem-solving skills.
