Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Assists the Production Head in production workload priorities
- Prepares model conceptualization and verifies equipment design and proofreading of parts specifications, dimensions and measurement.
- Supports the design integration by creating 3D models of hardware parts of equipment & emphasizes thE importance of value engineering.
- Performs design modification of work as directed and maintains and updates archiving of drawing and its documents and creates standard parts library and components with coding & serials.
- Programs & prepares detailed sheet unfolded drawings using design softwares based on shop drawings and checks availability of all tools and die to be assigned.
- Unfold & requests BOM & details of machine for fabrication.
- Double checks all 3D models, production drawing, unfold dimensions and requisitions prior to fabrication to eliminate rejections.
- Checks machine tools capability & materials availability.
- Monitors prototypes at Production to oversee all possible changes to meet the desired result
- Recommends measures using a variety of continuous improvement techniques to improve production methods, equipment's performance and quality.
- Creates Users Manual and Specifications for each equipment including Electrical Diagrams.
- Ensures that safety requirements are met and that no violations/ accidents will occur.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With 1 year related experience from manufacturing set up is preferred
- Effective communication skills
- Must be able to read measurements and use measuring tools
- Knows how to interpret and understand Architectural and Production Drawings
- With background in using 2D and 3D Design softwares
- Knowledgeable in using SOLIDWORKS Sheet Metal is an advantage
- Background or familiarity in CNC programming is a plus
- Must be willing to work in Filinvest Technology Park, Calamba City, Laguna
