Accounts Payable Officer  

Toymate, the leading Toy Retailer in Australia, is seeking two Junior Accountants/Accounts Payable professionals who are passionate about numbers and ensuring accuracy in financial reporting. As a Junior Accountant/Accounts Payable, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and ensuring compliance with internal controls.

Responsibilities:
• Process and post invoices to ERP system with accuracy
• Reconcile accounts at line level and escalate any price discrepancies
• Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely and complete deliveries
• Coordinate with stores to ensure compliance with invoice submission procedures
• Ensure stores scan through delivery invoices for processing
• Escalate non-compliant stores to operational management for follow up
• Manage Month-End Clean-up of Purchase Orders
• Prepare and provide summary reports to executive team

• Bachelor's/College Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent
• Minimum of 1 year of Australian accounting/bookkeeping working experience in the related field
• Experience in using MYOB, ERP Systems
• Strong Excel skills
• Receptive to training and coaching
• Strong attention to details and with high analytical skills
• Excellent English communication – both written & verbal
• Time management skills
• Trustworthy in managing confidential information
