As the initial point of contact for our company, the front desk associate is in charge of handling office administrative tasks and offering exceptional service to clients, guests, and internal employees. The associate needs extensive knowledge of the organization, is required to know who key personnel are (both external and internal), and understand the organization's aims and objectives.
The associates' exceptional communication skills, warm and welcoming demeanor, coupled with their efficient handling of administrative tasks, will ensure a smooth and positive experience for everyone who contacts Healthy Options. This role is crucial in creating a positive and lasting impression of our company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office.
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Coordinate and schedule travel arrangements for staff.
- Assists TMT in office supplies inventory by checking stock and ordering new supplies as needed.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Assists TMT in organizing company events, conferences, and other special occasions.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any Hospitality, Business or Organizational Communication related course.
- Has above-average communication and interpersonal skills.
- High level of emotional intelligence.
- Must be creative and resourceful.
- Must be people-oriented and confident.
- Must be responsible, highly organized and keen to details.
- Can multitask effectively and can work under minimal supervision.
- Knowledgeable with standard office administrative practices and procedures
- Must be highly proficient in computer skills in all Microsoft applications and online research.
- Must demonstrate high level of professionalism and integrity.
