Job Summary
The Talent Welfare and Relations Associate helps promote employee engagement and overall well-being by assisting them on various employee services such as, but not limited to, company and government benefits, rules, regulations and procedures, and need for compliance; providing them medical services; and assisting in organizing social or company activities/events.

Kualifikasi Minimum
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder with extra-curricular activities in school.
- Good understanding of the Labor Code and all statutory benefits-related processes and requirements
