Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Weekly Processing of Payments (Reimbursements, Accounts Payable Trade, Non-Trade and Cash Advances)
- Auditing of Receipts ( SI and OR) validity.
- Coordinating with Area's representative and HQ point persons for all the requirements for payments of payables
- Compute necessary taxes ( VAT, EWT) in all payments.
- Accruals of Expenses every month.
- Reconciliation and monitoring of Accounts.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of Bachelor Degree in Accountancy, Accounting of any course related.
- 1-2 years above experience in handling Accounts Payable Position.
- Knowledgeable in accounting principles.
- Detail-oriented；Good communication skills；Good analytical skills；Hardworking and willing to work long hours
