Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Formulate and implement a comprehensive brand strategy aligned with organizational objectives.
- Drive initiatives to enhance brand equity, awareness, and relevance.
- Ensure that consistent messaging and visual identity are maintained across all brand touchpoints, both online and offline.
- Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to integrate the brand strategy into marketing, communications, and product development initiatives.
- Conduct thorough market research to stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving consumer preferences.
- Manage budgets effectively, optimizing spending to achieve maximum return on investment for brand initiatives.
- Act as the spokesperson for the brand, representing it in media interactions and building relationships with key industry influencers.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Excellent problem-solving skills;
- With experience in Beauty Industry
- Demonstrated success in a Brand Manager role or similar position.
- Strong strategic thinking skills and leadership abilities
- Experience in events management and PR
- Excellent ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Strong interpersonal skills and a knack for creative problem-solving
- Creative thinker with a keen eye for detail in brand representation.
