- Managing the Company's Operational Risk through RCSA implementation and report
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments
- Identify, evaluate, and mitigate significant risks to the organization.
- Prepare detailed risk analysis reports.
- Document and maintain records of risk assessments and mitigation measures.
- Promote risk awareness across the organization
- Conduct training and awareness programs to enhance the risk culture
- Analyze financial data to identify potential risks.
- Support strategic initiatives for growth and innovation through risk analysis
- In charge in BCP testing
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in related field
- Minimum 5 years working experience in related position in financial services industry (financing company/banking)
- Understand basic knowledge of operational risk management
- Related certifications will be an added value
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and risk assessment tools

Tentang Hino Finance Indonesia
PT Hino Finance Indonesia ("HFI/Company") was established based on a joint venture agreement between Hino Motors Ltd., PT Indomobil Multi Jasa Tbk., and Summit Global Auto Management B.V. (part of Sumitomo Corporation) in accordance with the Deed of Establishment dated July 11, 2014. HFI is a captive financing company for commercial trucks, especially for the Hino brand, which is here to support the sales of Hino products in Indonesia through financing solutions such as, finance leases, sale and leaseback, and other products according to the company's articles of association, which are tailored to customer needs.
