The Marketing and PR Manager will lead the development and execution of strategic marketing and public relations initiatives to elevate the company’s brand, increase market presence, and enhance stakeholder engagement. This role involves planning, coordinating, and implementing marketing strategies, managing public relations activities, and driving brand awareness through various channels.

Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities.
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across digital channels.
- Oversee content creation for marketing materials, website content, social media posts, and email campaigns.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials and platforms.
- Develop and manage the company’s brand image and reputation.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Collaborate with product development teams to promote new products and features.
Media Relations:
- Develop and maintain relationships with key media contacts.
- Craft and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
- Coordinate media interviews and press conferences.
Event Management:
- Plan and execute PR events, including product launches, press conferences, and trade shows.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Crisis Management:
- Develop and implement crisis communication plans.
- Handle public relations crises with strategic communication to protect the company’s reputation.
Stakeholder Communication:
- Manage communication with stakeholders, including customers, partners, investors, and employees.
- Prepare and distribute newsletters, annual reports, and other corporate communications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing and public relations, preferably within media/audio industry.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing successful marketing and PR strategies.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Leadership experience with a track record of building and managing effective teams.
