What you'll be doing
- Carefully review project plans and specifications to identify all necessary materials, labor, and subcontractor requirements
- Research current market prices for materials, labour, and subcontractor services to develop comprehensive and competitive cost estimates
- Collaborate with project managers and clients to refine estimates and address any concerns or changes to the project scope
- Maintain detailed records of all cost estimates and project budgets
Kualifikasi Minimum
What we're looking for
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a cost estimator or quantity surveyor in the construction or home improvement industry
- Strong understanding of construction materials, labour costs, and subcontractor pricing in the Metro Manila market
- Proficient in the use of cost estimating software and other relevant computer applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with clients, project managers, and tradespeople
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines
