- Conduct Store Pcount
- Cash Advance / Liquidation - Pcount Transpo and Allowance
- Monitoring/Pull out / Delivery efore store Pcount
- Monitoring of Pending for Incoming / after DS Pcount
- Pcount Discrepancy Monitoring Status-Encoding
- Pcount Analysis/Discrepancy Report
- Manual Adjustment / After Department store Analysis
- Egress Zero Out Monitoring
- Sanction / Non Sanction Manual Adjustment
- Monitoring of Delivery Discrepancy / Adjustment
- Store Negative SOH Monitoring-Merchandise
- Store pending ASN Monitoring Pull Out / Delivery
- Pending ASN Delivery / DS Store Assigned
- Monitoring Provincial Deliveries ( Confirmation of Goods)
- Department Store Delivery Incoming
- Department Store Pull Out Incoming
- Monitoring of Pull out Discrepancy
- Pull out discrepancy Manual Adjustment
- Non- Merchandise Manual Adjustment
- Reverse Adjustment ( WH/ STORE )
- Weekly Sales Encoding / Monthly Balancing
- Monthly Monitoring of Actual Sales Vs. Portal
- DMIS Department AM/PM Monthly Summary
- Store AM/PM Encoding / Weekly Summary
- OTRS/BOX/IA Password Monitoring
- Brand Review / Update inventory concern
- WH Analysis / Category
- Warehouse Negative SOH Monitoring ( Merchandise / Non Merchandise)
- Clerance Monitoring
Kualifikasi Minimum
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree in Accountancy or Internal Audit
- Keen to details
- Strong analytical and planning skills;
- Exhibit ability in analyzing inventory report
- Knowledge in POS is an advantage but not required.
- At least 1 year of experience in fashion retail.
- This is a work-on-site (work at the office)
