Franchise Operations Manager  

Job Description

The Franchise Operations Manager oversees and manages multiple Gingersnaps franchise locations. He/She is responsible for consistently implementing company policies and procedures across all franchise locations and maintaining brand standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing operational policies and procedures that maintain brand consistency in Local and International Franchises
2. Providing ongoing training and support to franchisees on company policies, products, and services
3. Monitoring franchisee compliance with brand standards and policies
4. Managing and resolving conflicts between franchisees and the company
5. Regularly reviewing financial reports, sell-throughs, foot traffic, conversion rates, and other performance metrics to ensure profitability of franchise locations
6. Identify and assess potential franchisees/ new franchise locations and guide them through the application and onboarding process.

7. Coordinating the design and delivery of store plans and Visual Marketing Materials to Franchisees
8. Collaborating with other departments within the company to develop new products and services that can be implemented across all franchise locations

9. Collect relevant merchandising and product mix feedback and inform relevant departments.

10. Links the Franchisees closely with Marketing and Operations internal partners (MPCD and Visuals) to develop strong and sustainable working processes and partnerships

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in franchise management or store and operations management with a track record of driving business growth and profitability
• Excellent multicultural communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Familiarity with franchise regulations and compliance requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• This is a work-on-site (work at the office)
