Visual Merchandiser  

Job Summary:

The VM Specialist is responsible for designing in-store display collaterals and window display props and maintaining the store display. The specialist follows standard guidelines to make the merchandise visually appealing to customers.

Job Description

• Create store display designs that are aligned with the brand’s objectives and customers’ expectations
• Source and produce props and POPs based on allocation, season, and target market
• Design window display props within the budget.
• Create mockups and planograms for every collection launch.
• Provide styling guide for window display and in-store mannequins.
• Maintain the stores’ standard display by following the brand’s guidelines.
• Train store staff on visual merchandising strategies.
• Weekly store visits and monitoring of brand reports.
• Prepared, installed, and set up new stores, pop-up stores, and sales events.
• Collaborate with the team to create and update visual merchandising strategies.
• Remain up-to-date with the industry’s best practices locally and globally.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in fashion, visual merchandising, visual communication, or a similar art and design field.
• Demonstrate visual design skills through a robust design or retail merchandising portfolio
• Experience in visual merchandising in the Retail Apparel and Fashion industry.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator/Corel Draw
• Willing and able to do weekly store visits.
• Purely Onsite (not WFH, not Hybrid)
