- Check and handle Disbursements Request Forms, ensuring they meet requirements and guidelines.
- Record daily sales and collections, matching them with invoices and receipts.
- Address concerns from those making requests.
- Review and approve reports from the Accounting Associate.
- Maintain a balanced ledger.
- Complete month-end tasks like updating property/equipment records, reconciling bank accounts, and clearing accounts.
- Reconcile bank and other account statements.
- Assist Accounting Officer with adjusting entries.
- Create a trial balance and address any unusual balances.
- Collaborate with the Accounting Officer on tax-related reports.
- Complete BIR Form 2316 for external employees.
- Prepare reports related to tax and other government requirements (SSS, PHIC, HDMF).
- Produce weekly and monthly departmental status reports.
- Ensure secure and compliant record management, including data backups and procedures.
Kualifikasi Minimum

Shall be a graduate of any 4-year course with accounting or audit subject

With at least 1-year experience on accounting-related function

With competent knowledge in using Google Sheets and MS Application including but not limited to MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

With basic knowledge in BIR rulings, regulations and compliances
