Sales and Marketing Assistant | Cebu  

1. Schedules and implements Cebu Daily News Digital advertising campaigns by uploading all marketing/partner content (social media and website) as stated in signed contracts.

2. Ensures that all client campaigns are executed on time.

3. Maintains client advertising deliverable logs and ensures all advertising execution links are saved for easy tracking.

4. Delivery of post-campaign reporting.

5. Update sales decks and info kits monthly for advertising clients.

6. Develops Cebu Daily News Digital in-house brand campaigns and brand content for revenue purposes and is accountable for the brand/marketing push of Cebu Daily News Digital assets, and platforms by way of marketing campaigns.

7. Works on all Cebu-based marketing partnership projects:

• Seek out relevant partnerships.
• Create and evaluate partnership proposals.
• Contract management for all marketing partnerships.
• Facilitate follow-through of all partnership deliverables.
• Put measures to safeguard and put Inquirer Interactive Inc. and Cebu Daily News Digital brand identities in place for partner sites and advertisers.
• End-to-end delivery of projects for partnership contracts.

8. Competitive monitoring for the sales and marketing team.

9. Works on talent management for Cebu Daily News Digital.

10. Accountable for the regular audience/advertiser/readership promotion of Cebu Daily News Digital.

11. Performs other related tasks that may be assigned.

Education:

• College Graduate, preferably Marketing Management/Business Management and/or other related courses.

Qualification:

• Must be willing to be based in Cebu, In-depth knowledge of all things Cebu, Required languages/dialects: Cebuano, English, Filipino, Must be able to thrive working in a virtual/remote setting.

Work Experience:

• At least 1 year experience in a related job.

Knowledge and Skills:

• Computer Skills, Communication Skills, Attention to Details, Skills Creative and Resourceful, Can work with minimum supervision; Must be able to thrive in a virtual working environment.
