Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Check ETA and shipping details
- Classify the goods or cargoes from the tariff and customs code (AHTN)
- Computation of duties and taxes
- Prepares required documents that needs to be submitted to authorities
- Lodgment of Entry
- Report updates of status/ problem of the Cargoes/ Shipments
- Coordinate with the processors assign regarding the status of their shipment/ deliveries
- Update/ coordinate with clients the status/ problem of their cargoes/ shipments
- Request Advances for the processing and releasing of shipments
- Performs other that may be assigned from time to time
- Direct report to IMPEX Manager
- Close working relationship with the account handler
- Close working relationship with the PIC in charge of carriers
- Directly liaise with the port authorities
- Directly liaise with the BOC
Kualifikasi Minimum
- At least 1 year experience as licensed Customs Broker with BOC accreditation
- Graduate of BS Customs Administration
- Knowledge in BOC/PEZA operations
- With good communication skills
