Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Arranging content plan and calendar, repurposing content across platforms and social media channels to build brand familiarity and generate demand.
- Visual design creation to increase brand awareness, online leads generation on Google Display, Google Discovery, Google Trueview, Facebook Ads.
- Develop interactive literacy and security content design and copy.
- Produce video refer to trends and viral issue incl. CTA to grab brand awareness
- Visual design creation for social media greetings post, big day, festives and etc and header banner social media.
- Support function for UI/UX team to improve user journey on website and mobile application, to increase website and mobile traffic and usage.
- Event and activations support, especially on digital platform.
- Support regional communications for brand guidelines; visuals, assets and social media creation.
- Develop unique, new concepts, creative approach for social media content.
- Responsibility to all social media performance; followers, post, engagement etc.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- University Degree (minimum Bachelor Degree/S1) in related communications / visual communication design majors.
- Minimum of 4 years working experience in creative unit or industry.
- Understand, familiar and have hands-on experience working with social media platforms.
- Creative thinking, out-of-the box and assertive in pitching the idea, humorous will be advantage.
- Fluent use of Adobe Creative Cloud (Mandatory: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere). After effect will be advantage.
- Understand, familiar and have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end process, related to digital performance marketing activities.
- Up to date with something trends and viral issues on social media.
- Effective time management and likely to meet deadlines; working well under pressure will be advantage.
