Area of Responsibility:
- Assist the Scrum Master in facilitating scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives).
- Support the development team in adhering to scrum principles and practices.
- Help manage and prioritize the product backlog in collaboration with the product owner.
- Track and report on team progress and performance metrics.
- Identify and remove impediments to ensure the team can deliver high quality work.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment.
- Assist in the continuous improvement of agile processes an practices.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Job Requirements:
Background
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business or any related field
- Atleast 2-3 years professional understanding in scrum in agile methodologies
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Can effectively work in a team environment
- Good in English both oral and written communication
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Azure DevOps, Jira, Trello, Planner)
- Nice to have: Certfified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification
Soft Skills
- Planning skills and ability to work under minimal supervision, multi-task, and prioritize work
- Accurate, well organized, persistent and quality driven
- Ability to focus on deadlines and deliverables
- Team player with strong communication skills and customer focus
- Willingness to learn and be trained
