Job Summary: The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role involves identifying potential clients, presenting our products or services, and closing deals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong sales acumen, and a proactive approach to driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and cold calling. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and sales leads.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients. Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products or services.
- Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with clients to secure sales and achieve revenue targets. Close deals and manage the end-to-end sales process.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs. Use insights to refine sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Sales Reporting: Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Provide regular updates to management and contribute to sales forecasts.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as marketing and product development, to ensure alignment on sales strategies and client requirements.
- Customer Service: Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing issues and resolving problems promptly. Follow up with clients to ensure successful implementation and use of products or services.
- Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas set by the company. Continuously seek ways to improve sales performance and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in retail industry, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a passion for achieving results and driving growth.
