Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Responsibilities :
1. Assist the CEO in managing special projects, including research, data analysis, and maintain relationship with other internal and or external.
2. Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including presentations, MoM, and attend meetings with the CEO when required.
3. Manage the CEO's schedule, offline or online, giving daily reminder to the CEO.
4. Handle administrative tasks such as filing, organizing documents, and managing office supplies.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Skills and Qualifications:
1. Good looking and attractive personality with strong communication skill.
2. Proficiency in English both written and speaking is a must
3. High level of confidence in building relationship with people.
4. Good analytical thinking, logic, and common sense.
5. Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and has flexibility to handle unexpected challenges.
6. Familiar with Excel/Spreadsheet, Power Point, and Canva
7. High level of discretion and confidentiality.
