Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Day-to-day duties include engaging customers, recommending appropriate purchases, handling customer complaints, operating cash registers and managing inventory.
- Answering customer questions related to merchandise and store policies. Recommending products based on customer needs.
- Achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store's sales goals.
- Maintaining store cleanliness and restocking merchandise. Manage inventory, including restocking and organizing products on the sales floor.
- Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- With at least 6 months experience in retail sales and stock and inventory management
- Computer literate and with good mathematical skills
- Customer Oriented and Sales Driven
- Ensures an excellent level of customer experience
- Actively performs housekeeping and maintenance chores
- Excellent communication skills
- Passionate for daily customer relationship
- Can work under pressure and in fast-paced environment
- Values Integrity, Punctuality and Teamwork
- Willing to work on shifting schedule (Mall hours)
- Willing to be assigned as Roving within Metro Manila.
- Full-Time position(s) available.
- Assumes and completes other duties as assigned by management
