KDDI PHILIPPINES CORPORATION

KDDI Philippines Corporation is a wholly-owned subsidiary corporation of KDDI Singapore Pte Ltd. The corporation is primarily engaged in the assembly and development of information communication technology (ICT) systems, the lease-out of ICT equipment and peripherals, the importation thereof and the outsourcing and deployment of technical staff to perform ICT-related services required by related parties as well as domestic and foreign customers. The Company started as a Representative Office of Kokusai Denshin Denwa Co., Ltd. on November 29, 1996. Later, on December 22, 1999, the Company's name and legal personality was changed to KDDI Philippines Corporation, a foreign-owned domestic corporation. The Company's major business activity is System Integration, the assembly and development of computer and information communication technology (ICT) systems and ICT solution services. The Company is also engaged in rental of computers and ICT equipment and peripherals.
