Technical Writer  

Create in-depth user guides, technical overviews and in-product help documentation

Create documentation for accuracy and consistency to UAT (scenario testing)

Publish weekly release notes to internal and external stakeholders with information on product updates, releases and fixes

Identify problem areas or structural deficiencies and proactively contribute to their improvement

Collaborate with internal team, including development, engineering, quality analysis, product management, product marketing and customer enablement

Provide documented feedback and help the team to reach a decision based on historical notes

Create MoM after meeting

Update tracker activity operations

Manage access (Visa, Pam, Refcode, Outlook) and problem access

Manage device testing

Manage testing voucher

Manage balance ewallet testing

Having an experience min 6 month as Technical Writer

Fresh graduate are welcome to apply

Having basic with technical skills

Understanding of databases and networks

Good on planning, organizing and structuring work

Good analytical and evaluative skills

Having innovative solutions to problems within assignments

Excellent documentation skills

Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations

Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
