- Speaking to and collaborating with clients during the creation and maintenance of a system.
- Perform analysis on client applications and mapping to business requirements.
- Actively coordinate in the delivery process and communicate with clients from the technical side.
- Solve client problems related to solutions delivered to clients.
- Responsible for the work handover process from the technical team to the operational team.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems
- Having experience in System Engineering min 1 years or in a related field.
- Candidates need creativity to imagine innovative, effective new solutions and designs.
- Candidates must be able to develop solutions to problems, as well as manage multiple issues at the same time.
- Understanding and appropriately responding to feedback is an important aspect of this position.
- Both oral and written communication skills are vital to relaying important information, and communicating about solutions to complex problems.
- Ability to keep up with innovation in application design
- Excellence in problem solving skills and documentation skills
