Assessment Center Kompas Gramedia, our internal assessment center is equipped with certified assessors who specialize in profiling each incumbent to measure individual competence and find gaps, which are attached with professional recommendations for individual development programs provided by the Growth Center by Kompas Gramedia.

As an Associate Assessor of Kompas Gramedia, you will work in the Discovery Growth Center tribe, focusing on the practice of the Kompas Gramedia Assessment Center service with the following details:

Job description:

• Carry out the assessor function in accordance with the Code of Conduct of Assessment Center.
• Observe the behavior of participants during the assessment.
• Classify the observed behavior into competencies according to the assessment criteria.
• Conduct an assessment of the observed behavior according to the required competency criteria.
• Integrate behavioral data, make conclusions from each existing criteria, and make individual assessment reports.

• Minimum education of Bachelor Degree (S1) in Psychology
• Have passion in assessment center activities/works in both public and private organizations
• Certified as an assessment center assessor (please attach your certificate of completion when applying)
• Must not be employed by another company or organization
