Head of National Sales  

- Formulate and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed national revenue targets.

- Identify and pursue opportunities for business expansion in new and existing markets.

- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.

- Understand customer needs and market trends to enhance service offerings.

- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

- Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure objectives are met.

- Lead, inspire, and manage the national sales team to ensure high performance and motivation.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.

- Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.

- Proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding sales targets in the logistics or express delivery industry.

- Strong leadership and team management skills, ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.

- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with market trends, competitors, and customer needs.

- Willingness to travel as needed.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Proficient in both English and Indonesian.
