- Support the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps.
- Collaborate with product lead, designer, developer, marketing and cross-functional stakeholders to support product development cycle and customer inquires related to Customer Channel in MyValue (Mobile App, Website)
- Create PRD and other supporting documents as well as aid in training other Team to improve customer experience and journey in MyValue
- Conduct research and data analysis to understand customer behavior, performance, and future initiatives
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new features or improvements.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- High interest in product development and management
- Have critical, analytical, and growth mindset
- Capable of logical thinking, and have problem-solving skill
- Able to work fulltime within minimal 6 months of internship period
- Good verbal and communication skills
