Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Have a daily task to do PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Action) to implementing balance scorecard, design and business strategy to vision and mission, roadmap, strategy map, and scorecard.
- Monitoring initiative strategic on all unit and monitoring performance management implementation in business unit based on data.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Min. Bachelor degree in Economic or Accounting
- Have an experience at least 2 years in Coorporate Strategic Management, Risk Management, Business Development, or related position
- Proven work experience in media company and/or Public Accounting Firm (KAP) would be an advantage.
- Mastering financial statement analysis
- Accustomed planning for business plan
- Prepare Business Performance Review
- More likely have an experience and knowledge Performance Management (PM) with tools Balance Score Card (BSC) or Objective Key Result (OKR)
- Expert using excel and power point
