Legal & Public Relation Administrator at KG Media  

Legal Support:

• Maintain, organize & archive legal files and records.
• Liaise with external legal counsel and other stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

PR Support:

• Draft and distribute press releases, media announcements, and other PR materials.
• Monitor media coverage and prepare reports on PR activities.
• Support the organization of PR events and press conferences.

Administrative Duties:

• Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for the legal and PR teams.
• Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Handle correspondence and communications, both internal and external.
• Assist with budget tracking and financial reporting for legal and PR activities.

• Minimum diploma degree in any field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a legal or PR environment.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Proactive and self-motivated.
