Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Prepare and review legal documents relating to the company, starting from legality, permits, to cooperation agreements with work partners and employee
- Ensure the validity and archive of all legal documents owned by the company
- Carry out a legal analysis of the situation, violations and related consequences faced and potentially occurring in the company's business
- Ensure that the work processes taking place in the company are consistent and do not violate applicable legal regulations and provisions
- Carrying out legal research, collecting data and information needed for prepare legal opinions related to business needs for the company
- Provide civil/criminal assistance for alleged/lawsuits for violations company towards other parties.
- Provide legal knowledge for related users
Kualifikasi Minimum

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Law, minimum 1 years experience

Understand government regulations and applicable laws

Familiar with creating internal and external legal documents, including processing company legal documents.

Have the ability to analyze situations and conditions related to legal issues

Have good persuasion and interpersonal communication skills

Have English and Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Access)
