HR Learning Development at Harian Kompas  

Responsible for the end-to-end process of employee learning and development at Harian Kompas to enhance their career journey, by performing the following:

• Collaborating with management to create the Training Need Analysis (TNA) to implement effective development programs
• Identifying the skills and competencies needed by the organization
• Designing silabus and training modules according to the needs
• Collaborating with both external and internal Trainers for the execution of training
• Developing and executing internal training sessions to improve employee skills and capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology with min 1 year of experience in a similar position.
• Experienced in designing silabus and competency modules.
• Knowledge of the basics of developing Training Need Analysis (TNA).
• Familiar with the basics of developing a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Nice to have basic understanding of Talent Management, such as the nine-box model.
• Soft skills: Communication, collaboration, adaptability, proactiveness, and leadership.
• Up-to-date with media industry trends.
