Deskripsi Pekerjaan
Explore brand opportunities in events and create innovative strategies that support Harian Kompas events, ensuring alignment between the brand, audience, and Harian Kompas values.
- Analyze brand potential across various industries (cross-industry) and identify relevant market trends to develop strategic partnerships.
- Collaborate with the Event Development (Conceptor) team to match brands with event concepts and support the Event Implementor (Executor) team in ensuring brand integration during the event.
- Develop creative ideas for unique and impactful brand collaborations aligned with Harian Kompas's core values.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners.
- Analyze event data (audience behavior, budget, campaign performance, etc.) to inform business strategy decisions for Harian Kompas events.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Management, or equivalent (preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years experience in partnership, brand exploration, strategic marketing, or related fields
- Experience in the media and/or event industry is a plus
- Strong creative and innovative thinking
- Ability to analyze trends and conduct market research
- Strong understanding of branding, sponsorships, partnerships, and related areas
- Excellent interpersonal communication and negotiation skills
- Highly sociable with a wide network of connections
