Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Arrange session schedules and activities that take place in parallel during the event
- Arrange room allocation for each session, ensure capacity and facilities are in accordance with needs.
- Oversee the course of the event and provide real-time solutions if there are obstacles or sudden changes.
- Conduct daily evaluations of the concurrent program and provide recommendations for improvement if necessary.
- Collect feedback from participants, speakers, and internal teams to improve the implementation of future events.
- Prepare reports on the implementation of concurrent programs, record successes and obstacles that occur as evaluation material for the next event.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Good Looking (Male/Female)
- Experienced in the event field, especially in handling events/programs.
- Have excellent English skills (oral and written).
- Able to communicate well (oral and written)
- Able to work with a team
- Have good negotiation skills.
- Mastering Microsoft Office.
- Able to work on administrative tasks carefully and in detail.
- Understand/have a background in the event field, especially Convention events and have a known about IPA Convex.
- Willing to work with a tight Timeline
- Able to work under pressure
