Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Source and develop potential vendors;
- Take purchase requests from various departments within a company and get price quotes from suppliers;
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers;
- Review prices and product specifications from various suppliers to determine which would provide the best deal;
- Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing;
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery;
- Review quality of purchased products;
- Enter order details (e.g. vendors, quantities, prices) into internal databases;
- Maintain updated records of purchased products and delivery information;
- Coordinate with Logistics to ensure timely posting of goods receipt;
- Asses vendor performance;
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to stay up-to-date with industry trends.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial or Civil)
- At least 1 year experience in the same capacity preferred
- Knowledge of procurement processes, policies and procedures
- Strong emphasis on accuracy and detail
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously to meet goals and deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, such as Excel
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Basic mathematical knowledge
