EXECUTIVE SECRETARY TO THE PRESIDENT

She must have the following qualifications:

• Proven experience as Executive Secretary or similar administrative role.
• computer literate.
• In depth knowledge of office management and basic accounting procedure s.
• Familiarity with basic research method and reporting techniques
• Excellent time manangement skills and can handle pressure.
• Outstanding communication skills and negtiation abilities.
• Integrity and confidentiality.
• Degree in Business Administration or any business related study.
• Willing to start immediately.
