- Financial Systems Administration:
- Manage and maintain the company's financial systems, including ERP, accounting software, and reporting tools.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within financial systems.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and implement best practices.
- Continuously assess and improve financial workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Lead cross-functional teams to implement process improvements.
- Data Analytics and Reporting:
- Develop and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to provide insights into company performance.
- Analyze financial data to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements.
- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of financial analysts and system administrators.
- Provide guidance and training to team members on system usage and process enhancements.
- Foster a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
- Stay updated on financial regulations and industry standards.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Assist with external audits and regulatory compliance efforts.
- Vendor Management:
- Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers related to financial systems.
- Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts as needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial systems management or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of financial software and ERP systems.
- Familiarity with Yana Dealer Management System is a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of automotive industry finance is a plus.
- Willing to be assigned in Pasong Tamo, Makati
