Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Acts as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients and other external partners
- Will handle and manage multiple social media accounts (executive accounts) including consistent postings, updates and handling concerns/ inquiries.
- Prepares reports, memos, letters, and other documents.
- Files and retries corporate records, documents, and reports
- Manages executives’ calendars and set up meetings
- Accurately records minutes from meetings
- Provide general administrative support to all departments
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Graduate of any bachelor's degree
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or other relevant administrative support experience
- Excellent knowledge with MS Office/ Google Suite
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Able to keep confidential information and be discreet
- Must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
- With experience in working on the E-commerce industry
- Has ability to represent the company to VIP clients, corporates and important meetings.
- Has strong attention to details and keep track of important informations.
