Is this role right for you?
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you are expected to deliver the full recruitment cycle while contributing to the development of the M2.0 Group’s long term talent acquisition strategy most especially in the technology landscape. Your role is critical in building a strong talent pipeline across the various business units of the M2.0 Group.
What are your responsibilities?
- Keeping up-to-date with new technological trends and products
- Collaborating with managers to understand requirements and establish effective recruiting strategies
- Writing and posting technical job descriptions
- Developing programs that will build the recruitment pipeline, including university/school partnerships and networking
- Identifying, establishing, and cultivating relationships with universities and organizations to execute effective recruitment campaigns
- Sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms, like Stack Overflow and Github
- Applying effective recruiting practices to passive and active candidates
- Managing applicant communications to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout recruitment process
- Parsing specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes
- Performing pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions)
- Conducting background check and salary analysis of the identified candidate for hire
- Providing recommendations for course corrections by leveraging data from our ATS, post interview and post hire surveys and other feedback loops
- Monitoring key metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of our employment practices
- Developing an internship program

- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills across all levels
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Strong analytical and planning skills
