Is the role right for you?
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic and Business Development Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the growth and expansion of our business through strategic planning, market analysis, and business development initiatives. This role requires a combination of strong leadership, strategic thinking, and business acumen to identify opportunities for growth and develop effective strategies to capitalize on them.
What are your responsibilities?
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve company objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities for expansion.
- Business Development: Lead the business development efforts to acquire new clients and expand our client base. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including potential clients, industry partners, and influencers.
- Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats. Utilize insights to inform strategic decisions and develop targeted marketing strategies.
- Proposal Development: Collaborate with the creative and account teams to develop compelling proposals and pitches for potential clients. Tailor solutions to meet the specific needs and objectives of each client.
- Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through effective client acquisition and retention strategies. Set ambitious sales targets and develop plans to achieve them, monitoring progress and making adjustments as needed.
- Team Leadership: Provide leadership and guidance to the business development team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. Mentor team members and support their professional development.
- Networking: Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to raise awareness of our brand and build relationships with potential clients and partners.
Kualifikasi Minimum
Minimum Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Proven track record of success in winning clients through strategic planning, business development, and sales within the PR industry or a related field.
- Strong understanding of PR principles, industry trends, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing and motivating a team.
- Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving results.
