Key Responsibilities:

• Remember key information to complete deliveries and pick-ups such as codes for entering buildings and routine routes.
• Observe all traffic rules on prescribed routes to ensure safe delivery of documents/goods.
• Organize packages and routing of deliveries in order to avoid possible confusion and delay.
• Keep accurate logs or records for verifications of ordered deliveries.
• Transport items to drop-off points.
• Ensure that deliveries are received by the recipients through signature.
• Visit government agencies to submit payment for remittances and process documents in behalf of the company and its employees.
• Perform other tasks that may be assigned by the management.
• Provide technical advice to colleagues on how to securely develop and maintain computer systems.

Requirements:

• College or High school diploma is acknowledged
• Previous experience in any delivery position.
• Valid driver's license, if applicable.
• Familiarity with the layout of your general delivery area.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks within given time frames.
• Good planning and decision-making abilities.
• Physically agile with the capacity to remain active for extended periods.
