**This role is located in an estate development in Cavite by the developer of the project.**
The Property Manager will supervise, systematise, monitor, and coordinate grounds maintenance, security, housekeeping, and billing needs of the Homeowner's Association.
- Lead the maintenance of landscape, common areas, common services
- Implement operating checklists, monitoring & evaluation of the maintenance and security teams
- Enforcing rules, regulations and the deed of restrictions of the estate and village
- Crisis management and homeowner relations
- Participate in billings and collections activities to sustain the homeowner's association
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Leadership and supervision experience
- Ability to implement and establish operational protocols for teams
- Willingness to learn about property maintenance and management (maintenance of all common-use structures and services, landscaping, trash removal & waste management)
- Capacity to enforce village rules and regulations, as well as the deed of restrictions
- Must be able to build rapport and relations with homeowners
- Exposure and has a level of comfort with crisis management and problem-solving
- Must be agile and able to work independently
- Strong analytical and planning skills
- Good communication skills
