The Primary Care Physician is responsible for providing comprehensive primary care, diagnosing and treating various medical conditions, and promoting overall patient health and wellness.

Key Responsibilities

• Attends to the personal medical consultation needs of patients
• Assesses an employee’s ability to return to work following an illness
• Monitor and manage patient medication carefully, adjusting dosages and prescriptions
• Continuously assess and reassess patient progress, adjusting treatment plans and approach as necessary to support patient well-being
• Ensure that consultations and treatment plans are aligned with MedGrocer’s protocols

Minimum Qualifications

• Registered physician
• Must have an active S2 License
• Preferably mhGAP certified or has completed residency in psychiatry
• Preferably has working experience in occupational health
