The Purchasing Officer manages the end-to-end procurement process, overseeing the acquisition of goods and services essential for the company's operations and overall efficiency.


Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with departments to identify procurement needs and develop cost-effective strategies
• Source, negotiate, and maintain relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with company policies
• Manage procurement processes, including purchase requests, orders, and contract reviews
• Monitor supplier performance and track order status to ensure timely delivery and quality standards

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, industrial engineering, accountancy, or a related field;
• Preferably with procurement or supply chain management, accounting, and leadership experience;
• Knowledge in Google Workspace applications;
• Must work onsite in Makati;
