What are your responsibilities?

• Assist in managing and curating our brand's presence on TikTok, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and community standards
• Create and publish engaging TikTok content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand's identity
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and trends on TikTok to foster engagement and build relationships with our community
• Stay up-to-date with TikTok trends, challenges, and features to identify opportunities for content creation and community engagement
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop creative content ideas and strategies to grow our TikTok community
• Analyze TikTok analytics and metrics to track the performance of our content and provide insights for improvement
• Assist in managing influencer partnerships and collaborations on TikTok to promote our brand and increase reach.

• Strong collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively with the Senior TikTok Community Manager and other team members
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and metrics to track and evaluate the performance of TikTok content
