Accounting Assistant  

• Approves Sales Orders and Sales Invoice in the system;
• Records incoming payments in the system;
• Prepares Official Receipts and Collection Receipts;
• Monitors and applies advance payments from customers;
• Monitors and closes open Sales Invoice in the system;
• Process AR Credit Memo for returned goods that are already invoiced in the system;
• Coordinates day-to-day collection activities such as scheduling collection and submission of documents to clients (if needed) upon request from the Sales Department;
• Monitors Accounts Receivables Aging (Customer Receivable Aging in the system) and facilitates collection for overdue accounts;
• Submits Accounts Receivable Balances Report per client;
• Submits Summary of Official Receipts and Collection Receipts;
• Facilitates screening of credit line applications and investigation;
• Maintains an updated and systematic filing of documents needed for the above responsibilities.

• College Graduate (BS in Accountancy or any related course).
• Experience in using SAP Business One (Sales Module).
• Proficient in MS Excel.
• Knowledgeable in the accounting field.
• Good communication both oral and written.
• Attention to detail.
