MG Prime Pharmaceutical Inc. was established in 1994. A 100% Filipino owned corporation, it is engaged in the marketing and distribution of branded pharmaceutical preparations. Presently, it has a sales force of more than 60 sales representatives and distributors covering the whole area of Metro Manila and many provinces of Luzon, Visayas and Mindanao. Many of its products are being manufactured by Fortis Medi Pharmaceutical, Inc., (formerly Medgen Laboratories Inc., a sister company and a duly licensed manufacturer since 1989). Several branded medicines of foreign pharmaceutical companies like Millimed Co. Ltd and Siam Bheasach Co. Ltd of Thailand; Oman Pharmaceutical of Sultanate of Oman are imported by Atlantic Pharmaceutical Inc. and exclusively distributed by our Company; and Hankook Korus Pharm. Co., Ltd., of GL Rapha Co., Ltd. of Seoul, Korea. The company has been an accredited supplier of Mercury Drug Corporation since 1995 and our products are being carried in their branches nationwide. The products are also available at South Star Drug, and other reputable drugstores and big hospitals nationwide.
