Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- Provide supervision of IT implementation project delivery
- Identify and resolve potential problems in the project that will arise so that they can be anticipated early;
- Lead agile product development process
- Coordinate internal (project team, management, and others) and externally;
- Assisted by the project team in preparing the project operation work plan, covering the technical, time, administrative and financial aspects of the project;
- Implement and control project operations so that project operations can run according to plan (on track);
- Communicating in oral and written form (Job Progress Report);
- Ensure projects are implemented and completed within budget, according to specifications, and on time;
- Make a final project report after the project is declared complete and acceptable.
- Make a monthly report that describes the progress of the implementation of the work.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- Minimum education S1 Information System/Information Technology/Computer Science
- Minimum 3 - 5 years experience in the field of IT
- Experienced in managing software development projects
- Have knowledge about technical/system development (backend & frontend) is a plus
- Have knowledge and experience in applying Project Management Methodology
- Have good communication skills and leadership skills
- Using tools and methodologies/frameworks in development work
- Have knowledge about technical/system development (backend & frontend) is a plus
- Have a Project Management Professional (PMP) & Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification (preferred)
