Deskripsi Pekerjaan
1. Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by recording day-to-day financial transactions, including but not limited to accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
2. Financial Documentation: Prepare, verify, and process invoices, bills, receipts, and other financial documents. Ensure they are accurately coded and categorized.
3. Bank Reconciliation: Regularly reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
4. Data Entry: Accurately enter financial data into accounting software and spreadsheets. Perform data checks to ensure precision.
5. Accounts Payable: Manage accounts payable functions, including verifying and processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely payments, and resolving discrepancies or issues with suppliers.
6. Accounts Receivable: Assist in accounts receivable tasks, including invoicing clients, tracking payments, and following up on overdue accounts.
7. Financial Reporting: Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and summaries for management, auditors, and regulatory authorities.
8. Record Keeping: Maintain organized and systematic records of financial transactions, invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents.
9. Compliance: Ensure adherence to accounting principles and regulations, including GAAP. Stay updated on changes in financial regulations that may affect the company.
10. Communication: Collaborate with team members in the finance department, as well as other departments, to address accounting-related inquiries and provide support as needed.
Kualifikasi Minimum
- A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in bookkeeping and accounting administration.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of integrity and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
